How transfers will work

Coming later: we do not send money today. These steps start only once our licence with FINTRAC is in place.

   Sign in

   You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email.

   Identity check

   Once, you confirm your identity with a photo ID, as Canadian law requires.

3. 3

   Safety checks

   Each transfer is checked against fraud and sanctions lists. Some are reviewed by a person.

4. 4

   Pay by Interac

   You pay with an Interac e-Transfer from your own bank account, in your own name.

5. 5

   On its way

   The money is sent to the bank account, mobile money wallet or cash pickup you chose.

6. 6

   Delivered

   Your recipient gets the money and you get a confirmation.

If delivery fails, your money is sent back to you by Interac automatically.
